Yup.. am back in France after 3 weeks vacation!
Tomorrow is back to work day.. huhuhu Kinda hard. I can still remember the countdown before vacation.. ahh good ol days. We all wish that we could rewind time eh?
We had a great vacation. Never enough though.. Two years and a lot of things has changed in Malaysia!!
I’m sorry if I didn’t have time to meet up with some of my friends in Malaysia. I didn’t see the time and it flies so fast…
Now, I’m looking forward for vacation 2010…till then, gotta work work work…arrgghhh
Recently, the whole world talks about the increase of fuel price. Somehow the effects (cut to the story and theory short), all other goods (and services) prices are going up as well.
I don’t give a rat ass about the increase of fuel. I’ve bought my flight tickets for my vacations, and I walk to work.
However, this morning, I stopped at my usual supermarket on the way to the office. This is the only place that I know in town that sell iced coffee with milk. Anyway, I prepared my usual 1,30 euro. But the guy at the cashier said that the price to pay is 1,33 euro.
I said ‘Wot?!’ (Quoi?! in french la)..
He said (translated), well everything goes up nowadays and I have to increase the price.
Being a person who understands the ripple effect of the hike of fuel price, said AND and the same time as the guy… ‘C’est la vie’.
So I left the shop with 3 cents less today and day to come..

So after back from Sofia, me off with Syl to Vienna, Austria (not Australia, ok).
We went there for the long weekend of 1st May.
So, no need to tell about it la.. The city is very nice, and I highly recommend ppl to go visit this place hihihi

Last 2 weeks were full of travelling!! Now my feet are back on the ground. Photos from my second trip to Sofia are available here…
Briefly about my trip to Sofia. It was a big rushing this time, since I got lotsa work left in Nancy, and ppl are restless for not having me around. Oh well.. some ppl just never learn. I supposed to fly out to Sofia via Vienna, but the flight was cancelled last minute (just before boarding) so I had to change route via Zurich. Luckily I didn’t lose much time from this change.
Vienna trip’s photos will be available soon. This is out first trip to Vienna. It is a very nice city. It is a capital city, and yet very clean and people are tolerable. For the 1st May weekend, there are somethings happening around Vienna - free concerts, fairs. We are lucky to have such nice spring weather…
There have been some days since the start of spring time, that we had snow. It’s really like January… but hey we are already in April!! Amazing isn’t it. It’s something wierd, but then not that weird. If it is some kind of movie, this is just at the start of that movie.. hehehe
I didn’t have time to capture this moment. It always happened in the morning when I’m going to work, so that means limited time to grab the cam and snap some shots. Maybe next time when we’re having snow. But really I am looking forward for much warmer weather… huhuhu
